As you are by now aware the judgement for the Judicial Review at Portsmouth has been issued.
Unfortunately, it does not deliver for children who are being home educated. Unless we are advised that there is an opportunity for appeal, in this specific case, the journey through the courts has come to an end. However, when it comes to the educational welfare and individual development of our children let there be no doubt that Education Otherwise wholly buys into the dictum, “Fīat jūstitia ruat cælum (let justice be done though the heavens fall).”
To this end we will over the next few days develop our position and an appropriate progressive strategy.
