On joining, new members receive a welcome pack containing: Members Contact List * Members Information Booklet * Booklet listing Concessions for Members * car sticker * Useful Organisations leaflet * Publications leaflet * newsletter * children's newsletter * 1 membership card and 1 truancy/home education card. During the year, new members also receive the bi-monthly newsletters, bi-monthly children's newsletters, an updated Contact list, Members Information Booklet and list of Members Concessions.

Section 3: Costs and Method of Payment

EO Family Membership runs for a year from receipt of your payment, a reminder notice will be sent by email and post. Please complete the payment section below to pay online. Donations are especially welcome as we work to a very tight budget. Every penny helps.

The new gift aid rules make tax efficient giving easier. If you are a tax payer, please consider filling in this Gift Aid Form which allows EO to reclaim 28p (including transitional relief) in the £1.

Your right to cancel

If you order online you have the legal right to cancel your subscription within seven working days of receipt of your membership pack. Return of the goods is at your own risk and cost. Recorded delivery is recommended as Education Otherwise cannot be held liable for returned items lost in the post. All items supplied by us must be returned to us in good condition and a refund will be applied to the credit/debit card originally charged less the cost of postage and an administration charge. Contact us to notify us of your wish to cancel and to make arrangements for return of membership pack.

IMPORTANT

- Members contact details published by EO are confidential and solely for personal use. By completing this form you confirm that all members of your family give permission for their details to be entered on EO's database and that none of you will pass on information about members of EO to a third party or to any non-member. You also confirm that contact details of other members will not be used in your working life or for anything other than personal, social contact. Details are not to be used to prepare circular letters or emails, or to compile mailing lists for advertising, research, marketing, resources or any other purpose.
